About this piece
A long, narrow board cut for a single baguette rather than a full spread — slice the bread straight onto it, pour a little oil into the groove at one end, and let people tear off their own piece.
How to use it
Lay the whole baguette on it, slice it on the board and pour a little oil into the groove at one end for dipping. Everyone tears off their own piece — the simplest way to start a meal for sharing.
Care
Hand-wash with water and a little soap, dry it straight away, and never leave it soaking or put it in the dishwasher. Every so often, rub a few drops of olive oil into the surface with a cloth — olive wood is dense and loves oil, which brings out the grain and protects it. It deepens to a warmer tone with use.
With LYMANORA oil
Every Collection piece is chosen to sit beside our early-harvest extra virgin olive oil, with acidity down to 0.2%. Order it with the bottle in one go, or give it on its own to someone who already has their favourite oil at home.
