Privacy Policy

What we collect: your name, email, delivery and billing address, and phone number, when you place an order, contact us, or sign up to our list. We never see or store your full card details — those go straight to our payment provider.

Why: to take and fulfil your order and handle any related query (performance of a contract); to answer enquiries you send us; to send marketing emails only if you've opted in (consent, which you can withdraw any time); and to meet our invoicing and tax obligations (legal obligation).

Who we share it with: our payment processor, our delivery partners, and our hosting/email providers, strictly to carry out the purposes above. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it: order and invoicing records for as long as Spanish tax law requires; enquiry and marketing data until you ask us to delete it or withdraw consent.

Your rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, any time, by writing to info@lymanora.com. If you think we've mishandled your data, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

This site uses cookies strictly necessary to make it work — for example, remembering what's in your cart, and a security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) that keeps spam out of our forms. Advertising measurement (only with your consent): if you choose “Accept” in the cookie notice, we load the Meta Pixel by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. It sets cookies (such as _fbp) and tells Meta which pages you view, what you add to the cart, when you start checkout, create an account or complete a purchase (product ids, amounts, currency), together with technical data Meta collects itself such as your IP address and browser. We use it to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads; Meta may combine it with what it knows from your Meta account under its own privacy policy. We never send your name, email, address or phone number in these events. With “Necessary only” the Pixel never loads. You can withdraw or give consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer; from then on nothing more is sent. You can clear cookies any time from your browser settings.

Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to any order placed with LYMANORA Trading, S.L. ('LYMANORA', 'we'), Av. de la Obsidiana, 29631 Benalmádena, Málaga, Spain, NIF B93986545.

Prices shown include Spanish VAT (IVA) and are in euros. An order is confirmed once we send you a confirmation email, which forms the contract of sale. Payment is taken at the time of ordering by the method shown at checkout.

Right of withdrawal: under EU and Spanish consumer law, you have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw without giving a reason — write to info@lymanora.com. We'll refund you within 14 days of being notified, by the same payment method, once the goods (or proof of return) are back with us. This right doesn't apply to oil once its seal has been broken, for hygiene reasons.

Products carry the legal guarantee of conformity under Spanish law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007) for faulty or non-conforming goods.

If something's wrong, contact us first at info@lymanora.com. If we can't resolve it together, you may also be able to refer the matter to a consumer dispute-resolution body in your country of residence.

These terms are governed by Spanish law; any dispute not resolved informally is subject to the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

Shipping

We currently ship within mainland Spain, with free delivery on orders over €40 and a flat charge below that. Shipping to the Balearic and Canary Islands and elsewhere in the EU is available on request — email orders@lymanora.com for a quote. Orders are normally dispatched within a few business days of confirmation, and you'll get a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.

Returns

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, email orders@lymanora.com within 14 days with your order number (and a photo, if relevant) and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. See 'Right of withdrawal' above for your right to cancel an unopened order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
