About this piece
A smaller oval board sized for one plate rather than a spread — toast, a few olives, a short pour of oil straight onto the wood. Small enough to live on the counter, not just the cupboard.
How to use it
Made for breakfast: tomato toast, a few olives and a proper pour of oil straight onto the wood. Its oval shape and compact size mean it fits on any counter, ready to use every morning without getting a plate out.
Care
Hand-wash with water and a little soap, dry it straight away, and never leave it soaking or put it in the dishwasher. Every so often, rub a few drops of olive oil into the surface with a cloth — olive wood is dense and loves oil, which brings out the grain and protects it. It deepens to a warmer tone with use.
With LYMANORA oil
Every Collection piece is chosen to sit beside our early-harvest extra virgin olive oil, with acidity down to 0.2%. Order it with the bottle in one go, or give it on its own to someone who already has their favourite oil at home.
